that's a COON. we cook em too in the south. they call it coon ass food.
had a us vacation a few years back - spent most of it arguing over what it was we'd seen in the twilightpossum racoon or groundhogloved the picture anywaycheers
Yep, love the coon too. don't be eating no coon as food though. Plain ole chicken and beef for me.
